Pet Pizazz

Farfel, my Brussels Griffon What do you call a person who sees a rare or unusual breed of dog on tv and “falls in love”.  They must then go to any length or expense to acquire it without a thought to personality or special requirements.  They don’t quite fall into the category of collector or hoarder, yet the animals will suffer just the same.  Often the person will finally sell cheaply, give away or dump the animal when they find out the animal becomes unmanageable.   I fell in love with Brussels Griffons over 20 years ago.  I researched the breed carefully and decided when the time was right I would own one.  My grooming shop was the second most desirable in the area and I owned... Read more»
